1.25 Gbps Photodiodes Datasheet

This family of high-speed silicon PIN photodiodes feature a large sensing area optimized for short-haul optical data communication applications at 850 nm. These photodetectors exhibit high responsivity, wide bandwidth, low dark current, and low capacitance at 3.3 V. They are used in 850 nm transceivers and GBICs in applications up to 1.25 Gbps and are available in standard fiber receptacles such as FC, ST, SC and SMA. Download the datasheet for more information.
