The FST-series multi-channel test sets are designed for universal applications such as laser diode life testing, burn-in testing or others requiring continuous monitoring of multiple channel outputs.
The FST-series multi-channel test sets are designed for universal applications such as laser diode life testing, burn-in testing or others requiring continuous monitoring of multiple channel outputs. The basic module, the FST- 16 consists of 16 FO- connectorized photodiodes, either silicon or InGaAs depending on wavelength of interest, and 16 individual transimpedance amplifiers. The internal data acquisition system includes analog multiplexing, sample / hold, and 12 bit A / D conversion at a 10uS sampling rate. Output data is available in serial or parallel format, with logic output lines for data ready / MUX channel status. The unit is packaged in a bench-type instrument housing or rack-mount enclosure. 32-, 48-, and 64- channel versions are also available.
