FLIR offers a large family of 2-dimensional, linear, and X-ray readout integrated circuits (ROICs) for a variety of applications, including P-on-N and N-on-P detectors, and other low background applications. Models are available in mid-format, large-format, and megapixel-format. The available X-ray models are mounted on flex circuits for use in flat panel X-ray detector systems.
