Fine Resolution, Better Sensitivity, And SWIR Imaging Make For Deeper OCT Imaging
Doug Malchow of UTC Aerospace gives us an overview of the GL2048L InGaAs Linescan Camera at Photonics West 2013. This camera runs at 76,000 lines per second and is ideal for optical coherence tomography (OCT), silicon wafer or integrated circuit microscopy, and high-resolution spectroscopy of intense spectra. After telling us a little about UTC and introducing us to the camera, Doug runs through a demonstration of the camera imaging through solid red and blue paint to detect and display the symbols hidden beneath. Visit UTC Aerospace’s booth (#811) to see the camera in action.
