Fiber Instrument Sales

Fiber Instrument Sales was founded in 1985 by its present owner Frank Giotto. FIS is a full line manufacturer and distributor of communication fiber optic products, category 5, and active network equipment.

We offer over 3,000 inventoried products to our customers including fiber optic connectors, test equipment, cable assemblies, tool kits, fiber optic cable, consumable items, such as epoxy and lapping film. FIS also has fiber optic attenuators, mating sleeves, couplers, splitters and wdm's.

FIS provides Fiber Optic and Local Area Network (LAN) Trainings across the United States. Our LAN design experts and new network design software program can assist you in creating job designs and preparing professional bid presentations.

FIS is based in Oriskany, New York and houses its own state of the art manufacturing facility in its 60,000 sq. ft. building.

FIS currently sells to over 70 countries worldwide. International Sales (exports) currently account for approximately 30% of annual sales.
