Extended Visible InGaAs Position Sensitive Detector Datasheet

The APX-PSD-XVInG-3.1 is a high sensitivity, low noise, 2mm diameter active area EXTENDED VISIBLE (ExV) InGaAs position sensitive detector for applications at Visible, NIR, and SWIR wavelengths range.

This best-in-class device has a a sensitivity from 400 nm to 1700 nm compared to standard InGaAs spectral response of 700 nm to 1700 nm.

The photodetector features over 2kΩ inter-electrode resistance and is assembled in a hermetically sealed TO-5 package. Download the datasheet for additional information.
