DILAS Distributes m2k-laser Products
Mainz, Germany — DILAS, the diode laser company, specializing in high power diodes announced that it will begin distributing m2K products.
DILAS is delighted to begin distributing m2K's single emitter diode lasers. With DILAS' global distribution network, existing customer relationships and customer-driven approach to sales and service, this collaborative partnership strengthens both companies market position as one-stop-shopping for all diode laser needs.
m2K, acquired by ROFIN-SINAR in 2007, develops and manufactures semiconductor lasers based on the III-V compounds GaAs and GaSb. Founded in 2001, the company is headquartered in Freiburg, Germany and is experienced in the field of high-power and high-brightness diode lasers. m2K offers tapered amplifiers for use in external cavity and MOPA systems in wavelengths ranging from 755nm to 1064nm providing M2 beam quality as well as, diode laser single emitters in broad-area or ridge-waveguide designs within the 1.8 micron up to 2.4 microns wavelength range.
