Cuvette Holder

The CUV-FL-DA Cuvette Holder attaches directly to light sources and couples via optical fibers to spectrometers to create a small-footprint spectrophotometric system for fluorescence and absorbance experiments. The holder is optimized for UV-VIS-NIR (200-1100 nm) applications and holds 1-cm square curvettes.

Useful for fluorescence, the holder has mirrored screw plugs, which have been incorporated into the unit to make the fluorescence signal stronger. The reflection mirrors are UV-enhanced and aluminum-coated for optimal signal reflection. The holder also has a collimating lens to collect the light and funnel it to the fiber. Collection efficiency, spatial resolution, transmission angle, and collection angle are adjustable and easily optimized.
