Custom Photolithography Services For Advanced Optical Applications
Reynard provides in-house custom photolithography services to produce high-precision patterned optics. Photolithography uses light to define fine patterns on a substrate, protecting specific regions during etching or deposition processes.
Our contact exposure technology produces features as small as 5 microns on substrates up to 18 inches in diameter, utilizing a variety of thin-film coatings. Metallic and dielectric materials are chosen to meet precise optical and electrical performance needs. Compatible with most substrate materials, including plastics, this process supports applications such as alignment patterns, EMI grids, reticles, encoder disks, scope crosshairs, multi-spectral filters, and more.
Key capabilities:
- Industry proven contact photolithography processes.
- 5µm and above geometry resolution.
- Multiple patterns stacking, alignment tolerance 25µm and above.
- Patterned optical coating thickness up to 7µm.
- Patterned photoresists thickness up to 100µm.
- Substrates as large as 18” in diameter.
Through customized pattern design and thin-film coating selection, Reynard produces application-specific optical solutions. In-house manufacturing enables tighter quality control, streamlined communication, and advanced customization capabilities. Contact us to request a custom quote.
