Compact Parallel-Kinematic Piezo System For Nanopositioning And Fiber Alignment: NanoCube® Nanopositioner
The NanoCube® Nanopositioner from PI is a compact parallel-kinematic piezo system featuring the highest stiffness in all spatial directions. It is ideally used in a variety of application fields, including fiber positioning, scanning microscopy, 2-photon polymerization, nanotechnology, photonics integrated optics, micromanipulation, and sample positioning.
The NanoCube® Nanopositioner features an Innovative product design for flexible use due to single mounting platform. Additional features include highly dynamic motion due to high resonant frequencies on loads up to 100 g, a 100 µm travel range, and a ceramic insulation that protects against humidity and failure resulting from an increase in leakage current. It is the only nanopositioner available on the market with ID chip functionality.
