This 2-axis Piezo scan and positioning system has a 200 µm travel range, a 30 mm x 30 mm clear aperture, a 70 mm edge length, and high positional stability and resolution with capacitive sensors.
The P-763 XY compact nanopositioning system is ideal for sample handling and positioning applications in the research and industrial marketplaces. It’s also well suited for transmitted-light applications. It features 2 axes, serial kinematics, and frictionless flexure joints with mechanical lever motion amplifiers. Additionally, this system’s integrated Piezoceramic actuators have an all-ceramic insulation, resulting in a longer lifetime and humidity resistance. For more information, download the datasheet.
