A line of CO2 laser mirrors made from silicon in smaller sizes and offered with a variety of polarization controlled reflectance coatings is now available. The CO 2 Laser Turning Mirrors are fabricated from silicon in ½" to 3" dia. sizes with +0.000"/-0.005" tolerances and thicknesses from 2 mm to 10 mm. Featuring <2% absorption and scatter losses, they are optimized for 10.6 µm @45° AOI and can be supplied with enhanced copper-, silver-, and dual band reflective coatings.

The mirrors are designed for use in rigorous industrial environments. Silicon and copper phase retardation reflectors featuring a ¼ wave phase reflectance thin-film coating are also offered along with a line of molybdenum mirrors.
