The IRC906SLS by IRCameras is a closed cycle, cooled IR camera with an advanced digital broadband focal plane array. It’s ideal for long range surveillance, chemical analysis, target signature characterization/detection, and more.

This infrared camera features a Strained Layer Superlattice (SLS) sensor, allowing it to detect infrared radiation in MWIR and LWIR spectral regions. With 640x512 pixel resolution, a 20 micron pixel pitch, a 475 fps frame rate, and custom MWIR/LWIR configuration options through an optional embedded filter wheel, the IRC906SLS IR Camera offers a new standard in scientific broadband infrared imaging capabilities.

In addition to the aforementioned areas of application, this camera is well suited for spectroscopy, materials evaluation, quality assurance, range phenomenology, process analysis, and medical imaging. Its high performance digital sensor coupled with the standard broadband spectral response of the SLS material makes it a unique solution in the infrared imaging space.
