Ceramic-Insulated High Power Actuators
PICMA® Stack Multilayer Piezo Actuators are ideal for industrial and research applications. This can include cryogenic environments with reduced displacement, and high-speed switching, precision, positioning, active, and adaptive systems.
The P882-P888 series of PICMA® Stack Multilayer Piezo Actuators feature sub-nanometer resolution, high stiffness, microsecond response, superior lifetime, UHV-compatability to 10-9 hPa, high bakeout temperature, humidity resistance, ceramic insulation, and more. Additionally, these stacks have an operating voltage of -20 to 120 V.
Several different models are available in this series, with varying dimensions, nominal displacement, maximum displacement, blocking force, stiffness, electrical capacitance, and resonant frequency.
