Avalanche Photodiode LADAR/LIDAR Receiver Technologies Overview
Voxtel offers LIDAR receivers and LADAR focal plane arrays optimized for high performance with our novel fast-temporal-response, high gain, low noise InGaAs avalanche photodiode (APD) technology, proven readout integrated circuit (ROIC) designs, and camera electronics expertise.
These LIDAR receivers are available in high speed single element, linear array, and area arrays, configured with low noise amplifiers and readout integrated circuits (ROICs). The sensitivity of a LADAR receiver depends in equal measure upon each of these components. Fortunately, to optimize these tradeoffs, Voxtel has industry-leading APD and ROIC technologies it brings to bear in its receivers,.
