Alkali Free Boro-Aluminosilicate Glass: AGC EN-A1 Datasheet
Source: Abrisa Technologies
The AGC EN-A1 material is a highly transmissive, thin, alkali-free, boro-aluminosilicate glass that features a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 38 x 10-7. This makes the material well matched to silicon, and a great economical choice for use as a glass polishing substrate for the thinning process of semiconductor chips supporting low profile electronic device manufacture. Download the datasheet for more features, specifications, and uses for the AGC EN-A1 glass material.
