The Photonic Devices' Air-Spaced Laser Aplanat lenses are high-damageresistant, multi-element lenses corrected for both spherical aberration and coma. Correcting off-axis aberrations allows reasonable tolerances with regard to tilt and decenter when aligning the lens to the laser. The model 02-011 is a three-element lens with a numerical aperture that matches most of the multimode fibers used in industrial applications. The power handling capability and its numerical aperture make it the ideal input fiber coupler.
