AgamaEtch - Premium Low Sparkle Anti-Glare Glass

abrisa

AgamaEtch by Abrisa Technologies is a premium anti-glare glass engineered to deliver superior optical performance for electronic displays in rugged and high-traffic environments. Utilizing a subtractive etching process, AgamaEtch achieves industry-leading low sparkle, high resolution, and low haze, ensuring excellent readability and durability in both indoor and outdoor settings. This glass significantly reduces fingerprint visibility and offers outstanding durability, making it ideal for sectors such as aerospace, automotive, medical, military, digital signage, gaming, and marine applications.

Available in single- and double-sided anti-glare configurations, AgamaEtch supports downstream processing such as heat tempering and is compatible with a variety of substrates including clear, low iron, and AlSi (HIE). Coating stack options include AG/AF, AG/AR, and AG/AR/AF (AAA glass). Standard thicknesses range from 0.55 mm to 5.7 mm, and sheet sizes vary up to 914 x 1524 mm, with various optical properties tailored to application needs.

Performance metrics include over 89% transmission, approximately 8% reflection, and gloss values ranging from 4 to 14.25. Sparkle levels are minimized, and resolution is consistently high (greater than 4 line pairs/mm), verified using the 1951 USAF resolution test chart. The product's clarity and haze levels further support high-definition and touch-screen requirements.

AgamaEtch is optimized for automated display production and offers high volume availability, making it a practical and high-quality solution for demanding environments requiring both aesthetic and functional excellence in display glass technology.
