Advanced Photonix Announces 400-1700nm Extended Visible InGaAs Position-Sensitive Detectors
Advanced Photonix is excited to announce the release of a new family of 400 nm to 1700 nm Position-Sensing Detector (PSD) that is highly sensitive and accurate. Its broad spectral response covers the visible, near-infrared (NIR), and short-wave infrared (SWIR) wavelengths.
The APX-VNG series offers outstanding performance, including:
- 2kΩ inter-electrode resistance
- 20 µm position detection error, ensuring precise measurements.
- 400 to 1700 nm broad spectral response covering the visible, NIR, and SWIR wavelengths.
- Available in hermetically sealed TO-5 or surface mount packages with an anti-reflective window
The APX-VNG series is suitable for various applications, including:
