Ultra High Speed InGaAs Infrared Camera with Optional TE3-Cooling: Cheetah-640-CL

Source: Xenics

Xenics’ Cheetah-640-CL SWIR InGaAs camera is the fastest infrared camera in the world. It uses a high-speed InGaAs detector array for visualizing the ultra-high-speed features of specific research applications. These InGaAs detector arrays operate up to 1.7 μm, and are available in 400 Hz, 1730 Hz, or the new 800 Hz speed version. The camera’s wide range of speeds makes it perfectly suited to use in applications involving OCT, wavefront sensing, hyperspectral imaging, low light level spectroscopy, situational awareness systems, semiconductor failure analysis, and thermal imaging of fast hot objects.

The Cheetah-640-CL is delivered with a software development kit which offers direct access to various camera settings via CameraLink, and allows easy integration with other imaging systems. With the optional TE3 cooled version of the camera, the Cheetah-640-CL becomes a highly sensitive imager with ultra-low dark current, and improves signal to noise ratios for contrast-rich and stable imaging performance. This offers an excellent measurement tool for imaging low light levels in the SWIR range for semiconductor failure analysis, or for luminescence spectroscopy applications.
