6-Axis Hexapod Positioners

PI’s (Physik Instrumente) 6-axis hexapod positoners have several discerning advantages over classical positioners including the ability to operate in any orientation, high stiffness and load capacity, linear and rotary multi-axis scans, fast and sub micron resolution, and rotation around any point. These positioners also feature a large aperture. Vacuum and non-magnetic versions are available, and controller and software are included.
