3D Imaging: VC nano 3D
The VC nano 3D camera features the world’s first intelligent 3D laser triangulation sensor that offers the same full functionality of standard smart cameras, making it ideal for intelligent 3D machine vision, and 2D inspection. This 3D camera is ideal for applications involving measurement, part inspection, decoding of stamped parts, robot guidance, and more.
The VC nano 3D camera houses an intelligent camera and a line laser in a compact 140 x 70 x 35mm package. The line laser features a 5 mW performance which enables the real-time recording of images at a scan rate of up to 400 Hz according to the triangulation method. Embedded Computing Power allows for real-time 3D image acquisition, but the sensor is also capable of 2D inspection, allowing the VC nano 3D camera to conduct two different testing procedures with one cost-efficient camera.
