1550 nm Laser Diodes For Rangefinder Systems: BrightLase® 1550 TO-18 Datasheet

Laser Operations LLC introduces 1550 nm high peak power laser diodes for rangefinder systems and friend/foe identification. The devices generate 12W of peak power from an 85µm emitter width at 1550nm, allowing for longer range measurement and moving target detection from -45ºC to +65ºC. The diodes are offered in TO-18 cans with other 9mm packages available upon request.
