Wildcat 640 Series InGaAs Camera Datasheet

The Wildcat 640 series is founded on a temperature-stabilized InGaAs detector that was developed in-house and features a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels.

This series of cameras is capable of delivering a high frame rate of up to 220 Hz. Additionally, the camera is equipped with either a CameraLink or USB3 Vision interface and has low-weight and power-consuming characteristics. The Wildcat 640 model is well-suited for SWIR hyperspectral imaging, semiconductor inspection, and laser beam analysis applications.
