Thermoelectric Cooled NIR PMT: H10330B-25/45/75
Hamamatsu’s H10330B series of NIR-PMTs (near infrared photomultiplier tubes) feature vacuum sealed-off thermal insulation technology, high sensitivity, a 0.9ns rise time, operability in 20 minutes from being switched on, a large detection area (18mm for collimated light), and an HV power supply with an interlock function.
These PMTs cover the wavelength ranges of 950nm to 1200nm, 950nm to 1400nm, and 950nm to 1700nm, depending on the model. Each model is well suited for applications involving LIDAR, photoluminescence measurement, optical communication device evaluation, singlet oxygen measurement, Raman spectroscopy measurement, fluorescence and fluorescence lifetime measurement, and cathodoluminescence measurement.
