The TOCS series Thermal-Electrical-Optical LED Characterization systems measure complete thermal, electrical and optical characteristics of LED and SSL assemblies. System software provides automated data acquisition and monitors ambient air inside the integrating sphere. Systems are available in sphere sizes ranging from 12 to 76 inches.
