For laser beam profiling applications involving moderately sized beams with wavelengths from around 190nm to 1100nm, the silicon array is an excellent solution. Photon offers the BeamPro family of NIST-traceable USB 2.0 CMOS and FireWire CCD cameras in 1/2- and 2/3-inch formats with world-renowned Photon beam profiling software. Small form factor and convenient connectivity make these profilers highly portable, as well. Photon also provides a full range of optics to measure both small and large beams. There are beam expanders to magnify smaller beams and reducers to fit larger beams onto the camera arrays.
