Fast X-ray TDI Camera For Inspections (C12200-321) Datasheet

Hamamatsu's new C12200-321 X-ray TDI (time delay integration) camera offers fast scanning speed for X-ray inspection of electronic, pharmaceutical, food, and other products when high sensitivity and high resolution are required. At full resolution, the 8 kHz TDI line rate allows conducting inspection speeds up to 23 m/min. With 2 x 2 pixel binning, an even faster speed—up to 36.8 m/min—can be attained.
