Pulsed Laser Diodes At 905 nm: 905 Series Datasheet

The 905 Series consists of single and stacked pulsed laser diodes at 905 nm and up to 130 W. Their proven AlGaAs high reliability structures offer 1 W/A efficiency with 25° beam divergence, and excellent temperature stability.
