Photodiode for 2-Axes Positional Centering: SXUVPS4C

The SXUVPS4C is a photodiode with a 5 mm2 active area in each of its quadrants. It’s well-suited for 2 axes positional centering applications for lasers in the 13.5 nm to 200 nm wavelength range.
Opto Diode’s latest quadrant photodiode offering features a TO-5 windowless package with a 5-pin header, light responsivity from 1 to 1000m, and 100Mohms shunt resistance. Additional features include:
- Response Time: 1µs @ VR = 0V
- Capacitance: 500 pF @ VR = 0V
- Dark Current: 1 (typ) to 100 (max) nA @ VR = +18V
- Reverse Breakdown Voltage: 20 (min) volts @ IR = 1µA
