Long-Wavelength InGaAs PIN Photodiode: G12183

The G12182 InGaAs PIN photodiode has a cutoff wavelength of 2.55 to 2.6 µm. Like the other photodiodes in the series, this model is ideal for use in optical power meters, gas analyzers, moisture meters, and NIR spectrometers. Download the datasheet for more information.
