High Sensitivity Cooled InGaAs Camera for Visible-SWIR spectrum (400nm to 2200nm)

Source: Photonic Science Limited

PSL is offering InGaAs cameras for the standard spectral range (900 to 1700nm) with extension in the visible range (400nm) as well as infrared region (2200nm). The cameras are available in ¼ VGA (320x256) and VGA (640x512) format adapted to high end needs of industrial and scientific end users with peak Quantum Efficiency as high as 80%. GigE interface allows image capturing with frame rate up to 60fps for ¼ VGA and 22fps for VGA resolution. A multi tap version will be delivering up to 300fps and 90fps respectively for ultra-fast imaging applications.

Dual-stage peltier cooling with optional water-cooling enables reproducible image acquisition with dark current as low as 1fA for standard air cooled versions. Combined with 16-bit digitization and thanks to excellent linearity response with either varying signal intensities or exposure, PSL InGaAs SWIR cameras enable accurate quantitative imaging. Multiple triggering and gain settings will enable flexible acquisition schemes requiring high dynamic range and high sensitivity. OEM versions are available, ready to be integrated into high end equipment.

SWIR Camera Features:

  • Excellent linearity response to varying intensities
  • Ultra fast acquisition above 300fps (¼ VGA)
  • Very high Quantum Efficiency up to 80%
  • Deep cooled up to -40 degrees
