High Power, GaAIAs IRLED Illuminator

Opto Diode’s OD-669-850 high-power IRLED illuminator provides a very uniform optical beam with an ultra-high optical output from 800 (min) to 1250 mW (typ) and a peak emission wavelength of 850 nm.

This GaAIAs (gallium aluminum arsenide) IRLED illuminator is well suited for night vision illumination applications. Its spectral bandwidth at 50% is typically 40 nm, and its half-intensity beam angle is 120 degrees. The illuminator is housed in an electrically isolated, 2-lead TO-66 package with gold plated surfaces.
