Gantry Stage Systems

Active Yaw Control with Gantry XY and XYZ stages allows for error compensation with better straightness and orthogonality. Active yaw control can also be used to make the two bottom linear module stages of the gantry actively rotate over small angles, if the necessary flexure elements have been designed into the gantry system.
