Deschutes BSI™ VFC 1000 Packaged APD Products Datasheet

Voxtel’s hermetically packaged reduced-noise NIR InGaAs avalanche photodiode (R-APD) are available in 75μm and 200μm diameters with Low k eff ~0.20, resulting in low excess noise. The Deschutes BSI^TM VFC 1000 Packaged APD Products cover the 950-1700nm spectrum and feature superior sensitivity that contemporary APDs cannot achieve. TO-46/TO-8 packaging options include a broadband, double side AR-coated flat window and 3-stage TE cooler.
