ColdVision Series For Machine Vision And Microscopy Illumination
The ColdVision series from SCHOTT Lighting and Imaging is composed of an extensive array of light sources, fiber optic guides, and accessories designed to work seamlessly with each other for illumination purposes in machine vision and microscopy applications.
CV-LS LED Light Source
The next-generation CV-LS LED light source features an improved design, upgraded high brightness LED light engines, and a cooling system. These features greatly increase light output beyond 150 W EJA halogen lamp levels for the cool white model. The improved internal design offers higher efficiency, ESD handling, and robust connectivity and controls. Initial available colors include cool white, warm white, and RGBW models. MaVi-S Light Source
The MsVi-S light source is designed to emit brief, intense light pulses when coupled with ColdVision light guides resulting in bright, clear, and high-contrast images. These CE approved, ROHS compliant light sources are ideal for high speed applications requiring short flash times and adjustable delays, including wafer inspection, bottle inspection, matric code reading, and diamond quality control applications. Gooseneck Fiber Optics
SCHOTT offers single, dual, and combination goosenecks and bundles typically used for obedient, incident illumination in space constrained applications. Single or dual goosenecks are constructed with chrome plated semi-obedient metal or black dekabon semi-rigid gooseneck tubing. Combination goosenecks and bundles feature sheathing made of PVC covered metal tubing, and the gooseneck is made of semi-obedient, chrome-plated metal gooseneck tubing. Fiber Optic Ringlights
The SCHOTT ColdVision fiber optic ringlights are created to emit intense, uniform, and shadow-free illumination for microscopy and machine vision applications. Available ringlights include a universal ringlight that fits microscope and camera objectives from 33 – 81 mm, and other model sizes ranging from 19 mm to 8 inches with working illumination distances up to 8 inches.
