The H-811.I2 6-Axis Miniature Hexapod is a fast, compact, and highly precise positioning system, ideal for industrial and research applications such as micromanufacturing and medical technology. This hexapod has a travel range of up to ±17 mm / ±21° and can carry loads up to 5 kg. It ensures exceptional repeatability down to ±0.06 µm and can reach velocities up to 10 mm/s. Its parallel-kinematic design enhances stiffness and dynamics while eliminating moved cables, ensuring reliability and reduced friction.
