Cryogenic Optical Systems
Datasheet: Cryogenic Optical Systems
Optical systems that meet extreme requirements
Telops cryogenic optical systems provide above expected performances from ambient to harsh environments of cryogenic medium (Vacuum/10Kelvin).
The materials used to build the key reflective components and optical mounts within the cryogenic optical systems undergo stress relief thermal processes (MIL-H-6088G) which optimize the conservation of the optical alignment and maintain very low wavefront distortion of the critical optical surfaces. The mounts and optical support structures are designed to minimize impairments from stress in the presence of thermal gradients
Cryogenic Optical Subsystems
Each subsystem is engineered with customized thermal management which ensures system stability over repeated cryocycling.
