XY Flat Top Extended Travel Stage: MS-2500
This low profile XY stage provides 100 mm (4”) of Y-axis travel and an extended 250 mm (10”) of X-axis travel, allowing for easy robotic handling or for holding more samples per stage insert. The stage itself features an obstruction-free flat top, wide dynamic speed range with XY joystick control, proven operation with many popular software packages, and much more.
The MS-2500 is a high resolution, highly repeatable XY flat top stage with extended travel. It accepts standard 160x110 or 283x110 stage inserts. The total stage thickness is only 54.1 mm, and only 29.3 mm from its flat obstruction free top to its bottom mounting surface. Closed-loop DC servometers with high-resolution rotary encoders provide positioning feedback, and ensure the stage will not become lost during operation.
