VIS-SWIR Camera for High-Sensitivity Imaging: Ninox 640

The Ninox 640 is a digital VIS-SWIR camera that utilizes a 640 x 512 InGaAs sensor for thermography, astronomy, hyperspectral imaging, telecommunications, solar cell inspection, semiconductor inspection, and microscopy applications.

Ninox 640 Features:

  • 15µm x 15µm pixel pitch
  • <50 electrons readout noise in high gain
  • Cooled to -20oC for longer exposures (dark current has been reduced to ~1,5000 e/p/s)
  • 70dB intrascene dynamic range  (for simultaneous bright and dark portions of a scene)
  • On-board Automated Gain Control (AGC)
  • On-board intelligent 3 point NUC
  • Wavelength range: 0.4µm to 1.7µm
