The TriWave® SWIR/NIR/Visible evaluation camera provides a comprehensive and easy to use platform to evaluate the revolutionary germanium-enhanced CMOS image sensor technology developed by NoblePeak Vision. Because TriWave® detects visible, near infrared (NIR) and short wave infrared (SWIR) wavelengths, i.e. 400nm to 1600nm the camera is supplied with a broadband lens to ensure that focus is maintained if imaging with multiple active wavelengths. Imaging with active SWIR illumination provides critical information, undetectable with NIR camera systems. Applications such as Solar Panel and Semiconductor Wafer Inspection, Medical, Machine Vision and Biometrics imaging systems can achieve significant performance and cost benefits with TriWave®.
