Datasheet: Wafer Scribing: FCPA µJewel D-400

The FCPA µJewel D-400 is a Yb-fiber oscillator/amplifier system, producing micro joule level energy 1 µm wavelength output. The unique fiber-amplified architecture allows high average power and turn-key operation with no water cooling. Higher pulse energies are available from the D-1000 and D-3000. Applications for the µJewel series waveguide writing, wafer scribing and nanoparticle generation.
