The new 5 Axis Micro Drilling Scanhead is designed with high resolution, precision, and accuracy for applications requiring infinitely flexible scan beam pattern delivery. The scanhead features a wide precession angle up to 20° for variable taper and shapes. This 5 axis micro drilling scanhead includes a proprietary LED optical digital encoder, as well as a patented high speed beam shifter. It operates at standard wavelength ranges of 515 to 532 nm, and 1030 to 1064 nm.
