  Introducing Near-Infrared, Surface-Mount Detector

The new NXIR-RF100C is a red and near-infrared (NIR) enhanced, reduced-footprint, surface-mount device (SMD) photodiode with a spectral response from 320 to 1100 nm. It can be used for laser-monitoring, rain, and sun-sensor applications. The rugged package allows operation in environments requiring extended temperature ranges from -40 °C to +125 °C.
