Laser Components offers the 192 x 2 pixel solid-state CMOS sensor designed with Single-Photon Avalanche Diodes (SPADs) to reach amplification of 108 for a time with high count rates and low noise. This highly sensitive, advanced sensor is used in Flash LiDAR systems, industrial robots, and surveillance technology.
The SPAD2L192 192 x 2 pixel solid-state CMOS sensor features an in-pixel time-to-digital converter with a resolution of 312.5 ps and a full scale range of 1.28 µs. Four detector cells in each pixel enable the detection of temporal correlated photons for ambient light rejection. On-chip pixel-individual correlation parameter adjustment permits real-time adaption of the light rejection.
