Agilent Technologies and The Aerospace Corporation to Provide New Applications for Test Solutions for Aerospace/Defense Customers

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) and The Aerospace Corporation today announced that the companies will work together under Agilent's Premier Solution Partner (PSP) program to provide new applications for test solutions for the Aerospace/Defense Industry. The Aerospace Corporation will partner with Agilent and other PSPs to integrate Agilent's test and measurement equipment into new applications that meet specific engineering challenges facing government and commercial aerospace customers.

Using its broad applications and measurement expertise, The Aerospace Corporation plans to help Agilent develop new techniques and interfaces that enable Agilent instruments to solve a customer's individual testing problems. Agilent's proven test products form a foundation for testing solutions upon which complex application-specific aerospace/defense capabilities can be integrated. By tapping into its wide array of scientific and engineering resources, The Aerospace Corporation can recommend and help provide the right aerospace/defense solutions using Agilent instruments and systems to meet a particular aerospace/defense customer's requirements.

The Aerospace Corporation maintains expertise in technologies needed by Agilent customers, including micro-electronics, optics, measurement techniques, reliability, modeling and simulation, micro-electromechanical systems, near- and far-field testing, broadband communications, wireless technology, interference assessment, image processing, and more.
