Linear Arrays
A linear array is a row of individual detectors similar to those found in a facsimile machine or a document scanner. The difference, however, is that the InGaAs linear array detects light in the SWIR spectral range, specifically 0.9 to 1.7 µm or 1.1 to 2.2 µm. Linear arrays are available in various sizes, defined by the detector height and number of pixels in the array. Linear arrays can be used in linescan cameras to image fast-moving industrial processes. Linear arrays with tall pixels are also widely used in optical spectrometers.

 

  • SU1024LE-1.7 InGaAs Linear Photodiode Array
    UTC produces LE InGaAs array products with 1024 elements on 25 µm channel spacing and a pixel height of 500 µm. These channels have unmatched uniformity.The photo detector arrays are hybridized with CMOS readout integrated circuits (ROIC) of Sensors Unlimited, Inc., part of Goodrich Corporation's exclusive design to offer maximum noise immunity and sensitivity.

     

  • SU256/512-LD InGaAs Linear Photodiode Array
    The high resolution LD-series linear InGaAs photodiode arrays have set the standard for high performance in near-infrared spectroscopy and imaging applications. These arrays are widely used for optical performance monitoring of S, C & L band channels in DWDM networks. Other applications include agricultural sorting, biomedical analysis, thermal imaging and industrial process control.

     

  • SU128-1.7T1 InGaAs NIR Focal Plane Array
    The SU128-1.7T1 is a hybrid focal plane array (FPA) consisting of a 128X128 InGaAs photodiode array integrated with a CMOS readout multiplexer. The SU128-1.7T1 is easy to operate, as the clock drivers and analog gain are all on-chip. The user simply provides several DC biases and 3 timing signals. An analog video output signal is provided.

     

  • SU320-1.7T1 InGaAs NIR Focal Plane Array
    The SU320-1.7T1 is a hybrid focal plane array (FPA) consisting of a 320x240 InGaAs photodiode array integrated with a CMOS readout multiplexer. The SU320-1.7T1 is easy to operate, as the clock drivers and analog gain are all on-chip. The user simply provides several DC biases and 3 timing signals. An analog video output signal is provided.

     

  • LX-Series InGaAs Linear Photodiode Array
    Available with 2 or 4 outputs with a 50 µm pitch. Array lengths are available from 128 to 512 elements. Pixel heights vary from 50 µm for machine vision applications to 500 µm tall for spectroscopy analysis. Readout rates greater than 10 million pixels/second/readout.

     

  • LD-Series InGaAs Linear Photodiode Array
    Available with 1 or 2 outputs with either a 25 or 50 µm pitch. Array lengths are available from 256 to 512 elements. Pixel heights vary from 25 µm for machine vision applications to 500 µm for spectroscopy analysis. Built-in antiblooming capability. Readout rates greater than 10 million pixels/second/readout.

     

  • LE-Series InGaAs Linear Photodiode Array
    The LE array is available in 1024 element length (2 outputs) or 512-element length (1 output). The 1024 is on a 25 µm pitch while the 512 is on a 50 µm pitch. Built in antiblooming capability. Readout rates greater than 10 million pixels/second/readout.
