Scott Jordan
Scott Jordan is Sr. Director of NanoAutomation Technologies for PI-USA and a PI Fellow. He has more than two decades' experience in technical and business development, including developing the original digital gradient search for photonic alignment automation. This was the first of his three generations of alignment technologies for photonic device manufacturing, culminating in the recent introduction of an inherently parallel digital approach to fast global optimization of multiple couplings for silicon photonics test and packaging. Trained as a physicist, Jordan also holds an MBA with a dual major in Finance and New Venture Management, with a professional emphasis in innovation management.
