High power Ultra-Violet lasers require very special optics. The materials used in the construction of OptoSigma's Ultra-Violet optics are free from fluorescence and have very little absorption in the Ultra-Violet region of the spectrum. In addition, great detail is paid to the preparation of our Ultra-Violet optics to ensure that all surfaces are defect free delivering the highest possible performance. This attention to detail allows us to offer you the highest quality commercially available Ultra-Violet optics.

In this section we offer Excimer laser mirrors, 3rd and 4th harmonic Nd:YAG, HeCd, and Nitrogen laser mirrors, Ultra-Violet beamsplitters, Excimer focusing lenses and Ultra-Violet achromats. Excimer and YAG laser mirrors for Ultra-Violet applications are offered at 193, 248, 266, 281 308, 325, 337, 352 and 355nm.

Excimer focusing lenses and Ultra-Violet achromats made from high grade fused silica and calcium fluoride are offered for exceptional focusing applications. A variety of diameters and focal lengths are offered to meet most requirements and applications.
