Our screen printing department has made significant upgrades including the purchase of a new Ekra X4 fully automated printing system. Installed in our Class 100 Clean Room, Abrisa Technologies can easily maintain our high print-to-packaging cleanliness and efficiency standards. This new technology prints with an accuracy of +/- 15 µm @ 4 sigma, ensuring the highest level of precision printing up to 460 x 460 mm format.

Print projects can use a combination of conductive or display inks and custom color matching to achieve the desired results. Abrisa uses Epoxy, Thermoset, Enamel, and Ceramic-based inks.
